I hope the majority of the internet-user-species arashian has already heard about this project. If not, please follow me first to the arashi-world-2009-project-page (2009.arashi-world.com). Don't worry about the lack of updates, we plan and work on it even if it looks different XD.
So next year Arashi will celebrate their 10th anniversary.
The question is: How can you participate?
I often read that you're not allowed to film yourselves, or maybe you have lack of creativity, or you think you must participate as a group. I'll try to collect some ideas for you here, you may use your own ideas too, but i hope you can do a little something so Arashi will get to know about your existence (we'll try to get through ne).
->You don't need to film your face.
You may even change your voice digitally as if you were an anonymous person. That's totally ok. What you show on your video doesn't have to even show yourself. I suggest: Take some hand puppet and let the puppet talk for you. (lol) Film your back and just tell something. Write a letter/email and send it to somebody who would read it out for you. Film your Arashi-related backstage stuff and just be the narrator/cameraman. You may leave out any sound (we have karaoke for that XD). Film a street situation in your place. It's irrelevant if you're a single person or a group.
->You don't have to film anything.
You are even supposed to take photos. If you don't have photos of yourself with a landmark, just take some shots at home, on the street, anywhere. It would be cool if you could include something arashi-related, eg yourself eating sth at a restaurant and watching your arashigoto (doesn't have to show your face, again). Take a million photos if you join a fanmeeting. If you celebrate your ichiban's birthday. Take photos of things that remind you of arashi, for example your nintendo DS. Take photo of your computer.....aren't we an internet community afterall. It will be funny if you dare to write something onto the photos, or draw onto them. Or if you were in Japan, send in some nice ones. Also i think food-photos will look nice, different culture style. Arashi cosplayers are welcome hahaha.
Actually we just wanted to include a diashow at the end of the final video with a lot of group/single photos near a landmark or anything typical for your country (send them to Julie julie@arashi-world.com), but all the other stuff is also brilliant and i'd be really happy if you'd be creative with this :). Because we also want to make a small 2009-photobook. Please send all your photos to AnitafromH (oanita14@citromail.hu) for the photobook (also the ones you already sent to Julie XD).
->You don't have to (just) talk.
Do you have fanart? Do you sing and/or dance? Play instrument? Anything performable? Do it! Film yourself or take photos (or scan your fanart.....if you draw digitally/oekaki, the process would be cool to include :o...). If you have karaoke tracks (or sing-alongs, whatever), send them in! It's better if we have more material than we need because then we can select a bit you know. Join the karaoke-team....errrr, you can send in your stuff seperately, but if you like you may contact me about karaoke. :3
->You don't have a camera?
Simply record your voice. Or borrow a camera lol. Or as i already mentioned write a letter/email and let someone else read out your message. I think we can even simply show it on screen. Handwritten would be cool hahahaha.....yeah, that's it, we definitely have to include some handwritten letters. Doesn't have to be a novel though.
The most important thing is: NOTHING IS EMBARASSING ENOUGH XDDDD.
TAKE PART!!!!!!!!! 8D; please spread.
Ok, i'll update this post when brain-storm comes XD.
What the heck is she doing??? Anna is made for visual arts and not for music =_=.
Yay. I recorded both versions of Michi yersterday morning xd. I hope i don't creep you out (don't fear to listen though xDD). Karaoke-time. It's for 2009 Arashi project by the way, so i hope you don't mind me participating.
Omg i will post some inspiration for you how to participate in the project, because there is much else you can do other than filming yourself. You don't even have to exactly sit in front of the camera. Gyaah.

Somehow i'm so occupied with posting in the new german arashi forum that i don't even update.
Today i got an email from the artschool in Bremen and they indeed invite me to the entrance exams. Yooooooo. :> Berlin artschool is just in the beginning of going through the portfolios though. I hope they got some results soon -.....-
Because i want to know when there are entrance exams in Berlin......if they say it's the beginning of July, i really have bad luck. Why. On the 04.-06.July 2008 there will be a german(-speaking) Arashi meeting in Speyer °__°.
The first ever. We also participate in the Arashi International Fanvideo Project. It's not usual 'fanvideos'....it's about fans filming theirselves with a message to Arashi for their 10th anniversary next year. Please participate with the people in your country, or even as a single person, wherever you are. Please read the info in the link i just gave you. If you have questions, feel free to ask Julie (2009 project) or Nanao (german meeting) or me (both).
I just.....tried to motivate the german people who stumble over this post to participate in the meeting and in the fanvideo project ne;;;;;;
Another topic is taking photos of Arashi supporters from all over the world. AnitafromH suggested to do this here. The Fanvideo Project actually planned to include photos of the fans at some interesting places or whatever as a dia-show at the end of the final big video. But i think we can also collect these photos, think about a nice design, put some comments here and there, and PRINT THE PHOTOS AS A BOOKLET. lulu.com is a good place for that. If you're interested, you could even get a photobooklet copy for yourself.
If you'd like to send your photos both to 2009.arashi-world.com (fanvideo) and Anita (photobooklet) pleeeeease ^_______^. You have got time until the end of year i suppose.
*big sigh* now i have even more things to do in my free time, i really hope i can achieve some stuff. I will build a lifesize AnoArashi Aiba-chan by the way xDD. And tinker some handmade uchiwas, but for this time only for the german fc members, because it would be too much work otherwise. I'll post them here though :3
Well. That was actually an important update post. I really hope you participate, minna!!!!!! PLEASE PROMOTE THE FANVIDEO PROJECT IN YOUR BLOGS MINNA ^____^, and maybe even mention the german forum&fc.....maybe there are more german-speaking Arashians than we thought @__@. Anyways.
Keep talking about it, i hope we can collect some video material at last =))))
ps. i didn't know there were Arashians next door.......found out that there is Carina who lives just 15mins with the car away from my place. We met up yesterday. Really .....kind of weird lol. Really cool. We spent some time sitting on a public garage rooftop. Next time we'll tidy up that rooftop and get sunburnt there roflmaolol.
